Trint assisted me the other day getting a new phone after my old one of 5 years was literally started falling apart that morning. Never had a bad experience with in-person service at a VZ store and this was no exception. Kudos.

Anthony was awesome and was able to solve all of the issues with my phone and replacing it with an upgrade and kept my old phone and got a new free number and lost some Google stuff.
