“Karina aka Rina provided excellent, extra ordinary, supportive customer service. Rina stayed on the telephone for over an hour talking to various telephone customer representatives at T Mobile trying to get me a refund. When a telephone customer representative at T Mobile did not understand what Rina was saying, even though Rina repeated herself several times, I witnessed Rina being calm and respectful to that T Mobile telephone customer representative. In fact, Rina was that way during the whole time with other T Mobile telephone customer service representatives. In addition to that, she was so supportive of me, helping me with this horrible situation I have experienced for 3 months with T Mobile telephone customer representatives.I personally returned to the store to let Rina know that all that she had done to ensure I received the correct amount for my refund, T Mobile still sent me the wrong refund amount. I also thanked Rina and I am sending this review to thank you Rina for your support and excellent customer service in this horrible situation. Rina you are an example of good customer service and I appreciate you so much.
I recommend Karina for an increase in her salary and a promotion.

“I just went to this store to take a look at some of the phones I was considering upgrading to. Maria Carrion assisted me and she has to be the most helpful customer service person I have ever encountered. She reviewed my bill, gave me all of the options for how my bill would change depending on the phone I selected, and even changed my current plan to save me some money. And all of this in about 10 minutes. Zero pressure to make a change right then so I had time to think about it. However I will be making a special trip back to her store so she can order the phone I pick. Thank you Maria!!”

“Both a lady braily i think I have her name wrong, but I'll correct it tomorrow. and the man Q help me twice. I came back because of the way they respected me and treated me and helped me. Because I have a medical issue. I'm dealing with and they took a lot off my plate.
I can't say enough about these 2, and they have a special going on too. If you buy a phone, you get some free products.
So please check them out near north lake mall on lavista. they give great. customer service.People like they're supposed to
Another company charged me for the whole year. And I couldn't fight it, they wouldn't give my money back. They kept promising different things.
