“First, I have lousy feet. We were planning a trip and I needed some good boots to do lots of walking. Honestly, my expectations were low that I could find a pair of shoes or boots that would allow me to keep up and out of acute pain. But my expectations quickly changed when I covered the first few miles walking on uneven cobblestone sidewalks and streets. I did keep up with only a fraction of discomfort because my boots worked and I didn't want to stop!”
