“I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my AC was recharged. Unfortunately there must be a freon leak that can't be seen because the cold air was not cold, just cool a little bit while on high output. I was told to drive my vehicle around a few hunderd miles, so we shall see. The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and very courteous. I was kinda disappointed that the vending machine was out of order. A snack or beverage would have been nice while waiting. The only negative was someone was smoking inside the facility. I guess it wasn't a smoke free facility. Those of us with allergies are easily effected by cigarette smoke. Overall I will return for other services. Thanks guys!”
“Great customer service. I had a flat that required replacing the tire but due to the wear of all my tires, all required replacing. Though offered other available service sales person did not try convince to pay for anything that wasn't immediately required. I will definitely be coming back.”
“I called Mavis in Union City today and asked for Donnie and my surprise. I was told that he was no longer at this location. I have been coming to this store back when it was NTB and stayed loyal for one reason only and that was because Donnie was here and he always took care of my vehicles as well as my family vehicles. When i tell you that trust and loyalty go a long way. Donnie is pleasant with a positive attitude. I have seen people get disrespectful with him and he still maintained his composure. Mavis I am not sure what happened but I can say this, if Donnie is no longer there, then never is one of your long-term customers. Donnie was the only person that I trusted to touch my vehicle. BIG MISTAKE!!!”

“Heard a noise while I was driving coming from my front driver side tire. Pulled over to look at it and there was a nail in my tire. J & R was the closest tire shop to me so I drove there in case my tire needed to be repaired. Before I could do anything myself, Russ had someone out at my truck pulling it out and it turned out to be a huge staple. The tire wasn't leaking, so I was good to go. I know it only took a couple of minutes, but I still insisted on paying for the time and Russ and his technician wouldn't take my money. He could've charged me a flat labor fee or something like that, and I would've paid, but he didn't. They helped me out and that was huge after the day I was having. If I'm ever in the Fairburn, GA area and need tire service, I'll go out of my way to go to J & R Tire.”
