“I'm probably not their typical customer since I needed a high-polished chrome pipe for a vintage 1950s pendant light. But I had the hardest time finding any lamp or lighting store that offered one in the length that I needed without screwing several together and seeing the seams. So, I was led to McMaster-Carr's site! My piece arrived in perfect condition, was wonderfully packaged and the shipping was incredibly fast!! I'm so excited to have found the exact parts needed to restore my mid-century modern light fixture. Thank you McMaster-Carr!”

“The BEST customer service in South and Metro Atlanta - they always have someone available at the counter and on the phone to take an order or give a quote. Their inventory and pricing are competitive. They have bailed us out after hours and on the weekends with deliveries and helped coordinate when we have been out of state with other Winsupply locations. Luke and the team at this Fairburn location are above and beyond the competition. We drive a little further for a lot greater service and worth it! “I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

“Pretty standard Home Depot. It does have the tool rental center, which is nice. Getting help is an issue, even for Home Depot standards. There appear to be only a small handful of employees you can actually ask for help...and the ones that are on the clock seem to make themselves scarce. Nonetheless, my experience was good.”
