“Friendly staff always smiling and nice, polite, quick. The last time I was in there she mentioned that the place was open for shipping on Sunday, not just the po boxes. Thought great, have to remember that, as busy as things get. Location is easy to find and conveniently located next to restaurants, retails shops and grocery store (do it all in one stop) what more could you ask for? Check out the service for yourself the next time you need shipping or a po box. Oh I forgot to mention they take Amazon returns there as well! Super plus ?????♀️??”

“I had the best customer service aka human experience at the 644 Mirror Rd, College Park location. Tammy and Marquez went above and beyond to solve a somewhat complicated situation. They stayed with me and the problem until it was solved. Specifically taking the time to research the problem, finding out tge source of the problem and then solving it. Marquez took the time to imitate the action to find a resolution, took responsibility because it turns out that the onus was on DHL and provided updates and clear communication until the problem was solved. “I had an exceptionally wonderful experience with this UPS store! They were the only UPS store of the 3 in the area (this one and the PTC ones) that could execute on the printing needs I had, not to mention that all the staff here are beyond wonderful. I spoke to an incredibly sweet woman on the phone who helped me navigate the different paper options for my order - it pains me that I cannot remember her name! When I came into the store to confirm the paper types, Antoinette helped me and she was so knowledgeable, super efficient, and exceeded my expectations in terms of turnaround time! She called multiple times to ensure that everything was as I wanted it to be & I would definitely come back here. Not to mention, one of the times I came in, it was about 5-7 mins before closing and they got a rush of people - they were patient with each and every person . They treated each person like they were the only person in the store, which is so rare these days. This store knows how to do customer service!”

“We have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.”

“I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.”

“I don't know about these comments that are in this post, but sounds like a lot of them are for another building or company because I've been here for 22 years and I've never seen none of the stuff you're talking about
Most people like coming here, they're not perfect. But most of these one star comments you must have went to another building. Especially somebody talking about ringing a doorbell. There are no doorbells over here for dropping a package and leaving. If you waited 6 hours here to get loaded, you need to talk to your broker, because they probably sent you here too early and the freight was not here yet. Don't blame it on DHL.”

“Before visiting the United States Postal Service location in East Point, GA, I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant. I had read several negative reviews mentioning poor customer service and overcharging, so I went in expecting the worst. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite.
From the moment I stepped up to the counter, USPS employee T. Jones completely changed my perception of this location. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient, even while handling a steady flow of customers. What stood out the most was her ability to remain calm, patient, and genuinely helpful no matter the situation in front of her.
T. Jones was not only quick but also a truthful and knowledgeable problem-solver. She took the time to clearly explain options, answer questions honestly, and ensure each customer was taken care of properly without rushing or showing frustration. It was clear she takes pride in her work and understands how much good customer service matters, especially in a fast-paced environment like the post office.
Thanks to her, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and efficient. Experiences like this deserve recognition, especially when employees go above and beyond despite the negative reputation that sometimes surrounds their workplace.
If you’re on the fence about visiting the East Point USPS location, I highly recommend giving it a chance and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by T. Jones, you’re in excellent hands. She is a true asset to the United States Postal Service and a great example of what customer service should look like.”
