“I've used this bank before it became synovus, it was bank of North Georgia for the longest time. 10 years with them. I haven't too many issues. The ATM does suck though hardly ever works. But that's not the employees issues that's higher up problems. I'm sure they've complained”
“I want to know who thought that it was a good idea to update the online banking? I don't like it. For one , the sign in for your password doesn't let you see yhe letters, when before you could, so if you make mistake in typing,.its going to wind up locking us out of our account. Please update that part. O have already made mistakes and i don't want to ne shut out of my account. Second of all, i loved how my online banking account was set up before. Now you have to go to to many places to het to where you need to go to.”
