“I love this Publix—it’s always clean, well-organized, and the staff are consistently friendly and ready to help. My only issue is with the store pickup parking. Every time I come for pickup, the designated spots are taken by people who aren’t using the service. Since there are only about 3–4 pickup spaces, I usually have to wait for someone to leave before I can park. It would be great if this could be better enforced.”

“Easy parking and easy to find what I wanted. Getting out of the parking lot in the direction I wanted a but more challenging. You have to turn right and grab the U turn if you are going in the opposite direction. Was my first time and it took a moment to figure out where to place the cart at check out. The cashier empties your cart from their placement. There was no belt to place your items. Staff was helpful.”

On the downside, the selection can be limited compared to bigger stores, and some items may not be the freshest, especially in the food section. It can also get a bit crowded during busy times, making the aisles feel tight.
Overall, Dollar General is a solid choice for affordable basics when you don’t need a huge variety.”

“I had an issue with some fans that I bought. The first box was perfect. All the parts were there, the assembly was really easy, and it ran quietly just as advertised. I take out the second box expecting the same experience, but parts were missing. I go to the third box I bought thinking OK I’ll just take one back and will be OK. The third box was missing one important part that made a fan work, which was the motor. I took both back and explained that even though I could probably put an additional fan together between the two boxes, I did not want to take that chance given that meant that it might be used when I was buying new. Tom went and checked to see if they were any other fans of that type and allowed me to verify that all the parts were there before I left the store. He provided the discount and even threw in a desktop fan for good measure to make it right. He went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed. I have been a customer at the store for years, and especially after the care that I received today, I will continue being a customer at this establishment.”
“I recently visited the Walmart Supercenter location even though I usually shop at the Douglasville store, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely busy due to Easter weekend, but they were fully stocked and had everything I needed.
What really made the experience stand out was using the Scan & Go feature through the Walmart app—it made checkout super quick and seamless. I was able to get in and out with no hassle despite the crowd. I’ll definitely consider coming back to this location again!”
