“I have been shopping at Jimbo’s for the last six years, and I wouldn’t think of going to any other convenience store in Athens, Ga. These guys are the real deal. Every time you walk through the door, you are greeted by a warm smile and friendly staff. Their store is always clean and stocked to the fullest! They always have the newest candies and drinks (and vapes if you’re into that thing) but on the rare occasion they don’t, they will try everything they can to get it in store for you.”

“One of the ladies is rude. Well, she's rude to me. I don't know maybe she had a bad couple of days, I thought. But no she's still rude. Hmm, maybe it's me? No way. Not possible, I'm as polite as humans could possibly be. Well, I'm not gonna say who this woman is, that wouldn't be nice. but it doesn't slow the service down. I never have to wait. They are fast. Walk up, pay, pump, go. You know maybe the fact that I'm not very fast at doing anything. Oh, I was making a lin”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
