“My family wanted to say thank you to Joyce at the Woodstock, Ga. location. Joyce gave us outstanding customer service and resolved an issue for us in one phone call. Many companies do not train their employees on customer service, and with a lot of online shopping many employees in retail do not have to deal with people face to face. Joyce apologized for the issue we had twice, fixed the issue, and made sure that everything was resolved! Joyce thank you very very much!”
“I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in on Sunday, I was met with a level of professionalism and genuine care that is rare, despite how busy it was. There was a hispanic girl I think her name was Lolli or Loly, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose what shoe to wear for a certain event I was trying to prepare for.
The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for when seeking customer service. Loly was exceptional, it’s what anybody expects to see when going shopping! “I first want to say that this five star rating is all about the store manager, Darcy, who went above and beyond to help me find a shoe that works for me. I have been wearing new balance shoes exclusively for well over 15 years and had specifically been wearing each new version of the 1080, with my last purchase being version 13. I was very disappointed when I tried on version 14 and it just felt uncomfortable on my feet and I did not understand why new balance did not stick with the winning formula of Versuon 13. I explained my feelings to Darcy and she recommended a couple of different models that might indeed mirror the comfort that I had with version 13. She patiently took the time to work with me on a couple of different other models and I found a shoe that feels great. While I was not pleased with version 14 of the 1080, it all ended well as Darcy found me a good shoe that I can continue my Endorsement of new balance.”

“Carter's is one of my favorite retailers to purchase clothes for children Newborn through 24M old. They carry great bodysuits and two-way zip sleepers for the very young crowd. The quality is excellent and the clothes launder well wash after wash. Carter's runs good sales so make sure to purchase when they're running a deal.”
