“My first experience wasn’t the best but I was dealing with a new employee that wasn’t familiar with the process and it was a lot of misunderstanding between both parties but I got a call from the property management and she was very polite and professional and cleared up all of my grievances I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for local storage options 5 star service, clean and secure location. “Staff was great , price was good . Excellent customer service . When I try to get in the gate my 1st time there was something wrong saying denied access . Had to call customer service to get a temp key for the day. They did follow up after to let me know there was a glitch in there system and should be working now. I havnt gone back yet and will see. The only thing that I did not like is that there was 2 carts available and both has broken wheels, bummer due to the tools I had to haul to my storage . I let them know and hope they can replace it ASAP. That was the only inconvenience for me . Other than that hope they can replace it asap. Other then that I had a good experience.”

“The workers are very friendly and helpful. I just wish I knew that it closes at 6pm. Now that all my belongings are there, I can't seem to go to another storage facility, it's too much work. So I'll schedule getting there before closing just to get stuff. And mine is quite pricey at $350. I might try and get a new one that's cheaper and open 24 hrs.”
“We had to store a kayak same day and first tried renting a unit online at a chain storage unit company where there was no one on site and their elevator couldn't fit our kayak so we couldn't use the unit we rented. The second unit we tried in the same building was around a corner that was too tight to fit our kayak around. I suspect we're going to have a major headache canceling or getting refunds for those units.
We found A–American Self Storage online and talked to Nickky by phone. She had us in a convenient ground level unit in less than an hour, at a lower rate than the other units we had tried to rent. Super appreciated the help of a human who was willing and able to help us out on short notice and offered us water to boot. Not sure how often we'll need storage units in the area in the future but when we do this will be the first place we go.”

“Smaller sized storage facility, yet still secure. The units are located both outside along the inner perimeter and in a small building. Its gate access which you can download their app to easily open using bluetooth. Property is well kept and clean. Front office is located right at the entrance and usually always has someone available if theyre not out and about the grounds.”
“The movers showed up to our condo, which is on one of the highest floors in the building. They had to come up from the basement garage and through an alley, so there were some unforeseen logistical challenges, but they handled everything flawlessly. They were very professional, worked efficiently without wasting any time packing things up (which I really appreciated), and nothing was broken. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!”
