“Staff was great , price was good . Excellent customer service . When I try to get in the gate my 1st time there was something wrong saying denied access . Had to call customer service to get a temp key for the day. They did follow up after to let me know there was a glitch in there system and should be working now. I havnt gone back yet and will see. The only thing that I did not like is that there was 2 carts available and both has broken wheels, bummer due to the tools I had to haul to my storage . I let them know and hope they can replace it ASAP. That was the only inconvenience for me . Other than that hope they can replace it asap. Other then that I had a good experience.”

“Smaller sized storage facility, yet still secure. The units are located both outside along the inner perimeter and in a small building. Its gate access which you can download their app to easily open using bluetooth. Property is well kept and clean. Front office is located right at the entrance and usually always has someone available if theyre not out and about the grounds.”

“We had to store a kayak same day and first tried renting a unit online at a chain storage unit company where there was no one on site and their elevator couldn't fit our kayak so we couldn't use the unit we rented. The second unit we tried in the same building was around a corner that was too tight to fit our kayak around. I suspect we're going to have a major headache canceling or getting refunds for those units. We found A–American Self Storage online and talked to Nickky by phone. She had us in a convenient ground level unit in less than an hour, at a lower rate than the other units we had tried to rent. Super appreciated the help of a human who was willing and able to help us out on short notice and offered us water to boot. Not sure how often we'll need storage units in the area in the future but when we do this will be the first place we go.”

“The movers showed up to our condo, which is on one of the highest floors in the building. They had to come up from the basement garage and through an alley, so there were some unforeseen logistical challenges, but they handled everything flawlessly. They were very professional, worked efficiently without wasting any time packing things up (which I really appreciated), and nothing was broken. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!”

“I have been a renter at this specific Hawaii Self Storage for a few years and must say things are so well run here I may never leave. First off, the facility is very clean. There's been times I come in the morning and see BJ walking the floor with a dust mop and he's the manager. Nothing better than seeing the manager doing these tasks themselves. Convenient...easy to use app to enter the facility. Safe and secure parking. Central location in town. Responsive...any questions I have Ash will have an answer to or get it and responds back quickly and with a smile. Any issues I feel like I can bring up and BJ will get it resolved or find a work around. Laine is friendly to talk to and always checks on me to make sure things are going well. Cost...reasonably priced but of course who wouldn't want things cheaper lol All in all a great run facility and a place I have referred several people to as I trust they will be taken care of”

She came and push the door up as far as it went, stuck her head under and managed to unhook the lip of the bin and the door went up! She was so patient and courteous at the same time. She should b employee of the month! Thank you! 5 stars to her, I want to acknowledge her excellence in customer service! She made my day. DANCETTE KIM Happy customer in #1522”
