“The guys were really helpful. My 2014 Ram had a fuel sensor module go out. Windward Dodge wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose. Not only did Willy's not charge me to diagnose the issue, they got the part the same day where Windward Dodge was going to charge me up front for the part plus charge me the expedited shipping which would've taken a few more days. The customer service was great at Windward Dodge but all in all, Willy's was way cheaper, faster and even gave a military discount which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I even forgot my wallet in the truck when I dropped it off and they immediately called me to let me know. I'll refer anybody I talk to to come here no matter how far the drive. Old school honest shop.”
“Tire was leaking air couldn’t find any leak my self gave TopLevel cars a call and they answered immediately and told me i could bring it in the same day and they would check it out. They found the nail in my inner sidewall replaced the tire and had me driving again the same day. The service was also so great so easy to work with no bullshit just good work.”

“I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!”

“I had been a loyal customer here for a year, with consistently friendly service in the past. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during one visit where I was spoken to rudely, charged $200 for a diagnostic without receiving a report, and even found my car left unlocked outside. At the time, I left a negative review because I was disrespected and unsettled by that treatment.
However, I want to acknowledge how well the situation was handled afterward. Deryl Masaki personally reached out, apologized, and reimbursed me for the diagnostic fee. His thoughtful response showed genuine professionalism and integrity.

“My 2013 Scion with 200k miles needed a new transmission. Made an appointment with Gail, who is very lovely. Neal assessed and recommended replacing with a used transmission, as a new one would cost more than my what my car is worth, LOL! Agreed with Expert Neal. When he called to say the car was ready to pickup, which only took 1 day, he said your car is “cherry now” LOL! When I went to pick it up, they had detailed it and changed my windshield wipers blades! Can’t say enough good things about Team Gail and Neal. Much mahalo for a wonderful experience! “mann i really really needed my transmission fixed and i took my 2010 crown victoria to john at pearlcity trans on the 8th of march they told me it would take two weeks and it was done by mon the 18th!! when he called me i was so surprised the got it done so quick ! i love how my car drives now i can finally reverse into stalks without being embarrassed that i can’t. the professionalism and kindness & aloha that was shown to me by john and STAFF @ PCT is amazing and first class! i HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them for any transmission problems. i’d give them 10 ⭐️s but it only allows 5. thank you guys so h for fixing my baby ??”

I brought my vehicle here without knowing what was wrong. After paying for a diagnosis, the mechanic explained that the issue was caused by my previous service provider, who improperly reinstalled certain components during my recent oil change.
He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Instead, he recommended that I return to the place where I had my last service done. I followed his advice and was able to get the issue resolved there.
I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend this location.”

I didn’t feel like that was the case with Usman. He was very honest and professional with me. “Eh, gotta give props and mahalos to Tracy at Certified Transmission Differential. Had my Chevy Silverado towed in 'cause transmission had no forward gears and Tracy made quick work of the rebuild. Truck is running smooth now, no slippage or issues. Plus, price was cheaper than I thought it'd be. If you need transmission work, this place gives fast, friendly service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.”
“Kiyo’s transmission is the best mechanic shop in O’ahu I have ever been to. My AT (Automatic Transmission) light was coming on and off, the shop owner replaced my TCM less than hour. My car is now running like normal again. Fair price and the best service. Highly recommend!”
