Super friendly and helpful staff. I shouldn't call them staff, they are like your friends, on your side for anything you might need, going above and beyond their call for duty.
They help you choose the most efficient and least costly method in shipping. They bring your item out to you even if you just missed their closing time and couldn't find the item you expect in your box just yet!

“Renton Road staff is ALWAYS helpful. BUT the hours listed online as only noon - 2pm are WRONG. I got there at 1pm and the line took one hour to get to window, and I have health issues!. They only have ONE PERSON doing passports and mail. NEED HELP THERE!!!”
