When I went it was just before 12pm, and had only 1 personnel working the counter while another was filling the box area. The line did kind of backed up but moved along.

I’ve been to this location twice, both times on a Saturday, and was helped by Jesse both times. Great, quick, and friendly service both times (I shipped priority mail boxes). Plenty of parking around this location too.
