“Overall an awesome place. I needed after hours, emergency vet care for my cat. The person who took my call, answered my concerns patiently. There was a kind Security Guard who opened the door while walking in. The people at the front were friendly, communicated well, and helpful. Eliot was quickly taken in to be seen by Trinity who was very kind in helping with Eliot. And Dr. Luce for taking care of Eliot and talking with us to let us know what was going on with him. We appreciate the care given.”

Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!”

“Dr. Lissa Kam and staff Lois, Jeannie, Keana, Stacy, Ariel, and June has been caring for my furbabies for 20 plus years. I would not trust anyone else with my precious brood. They treat them as their own. For example, my poor kitty Mosey who was 17 at the time fractured his leg and at the time I had to be referred to VERC but the options presented to me were not only expensive but I'm afraid it would be traumatic to Mosey. As always, Dr. Kam had the best solution for him. And when we had to say goodbye to our dear Adobo. Dr Kam, Lois, Stacy and Keana..we all gathered around him and he said goodbye to his family as he should. So if you are looking for the best place, look no further than Dr. Kam and Ohana Veterinary Hospital!”

“My neighbor recommended VCA Kapolei. Our cat got sick just before we were to be heading out on a trip. I called and they didn’t have any appointments because it was last minute but they were able to squeeze us in, which I really appreciated, as we were leaving the next day. The staff and the vet were great. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. They communicated well and provided great care for our cat, as well as following up a few days after to check in. I really appreciated everyone at this office and would recommend them to anyone who asks.”

For all those years, the team always looked out for my furry friend’s best interest. They knew each dog as if it was theirs. I loved the personal service. We were not just another number.”

“SO GRATEFUL!!! ❤ my family was in the parking lot walking to get shave ice and we witnessed a small kitten get its back legs hit by a car and run away under a car crying in pain, I ran inside panicked and told them what we just saw and 3 different employees ran out IMMEDIATELY and were able to get the kitten and rush back inside to provide care. I just wanted to share, you guys are incredible. I would 100% take my animal here in the event of a emergency because I KNOW if they provide the care and urgency to a stray kitten, they will take care of your fur baby❤”
“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.”
