“Came in for a safety check a few weeks ago...came in mid morning on a Wednesday, 1 car in front of me but they were just about finishing up so barely a wait. Nate did my safety check while I waited in the office. Quick, friendly service! Very efficient, nice young man. I even stopped in again to ask about another vehicle and he shared his mana'o with me on what the steps will be needed to getting that vehicle updated. We will continue to use this shop in the future! Mahalo!”

“We had to get our Full brakes replaced front and back including brakes and rotors! We were quoted by midas $2000+ and by the Firestone on base $1500+. This shop is honest and local and very Aloha! From the moment you start talking quotes the nice staff make you not feel as stressed with such a big thing! Their quote $520 a set and then by the end we were at $927 for the total for our vehicle! So not only were they the best quote on island that we called around for but also the way everyone was in the store was professional as well as personal and I will recommend to EVERYONE!”

“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! “Cats dropped my PS5 and damaged the HDMI port I contacted uBreakiFix and they said it would take 2 weeks to repair for $200, I then contacted Eric at E&A 808 Repair and he said he could get it done within 24 hours and he delivered 10/10 recommended the repair was $165 plus rush order fee which was $50 and he repaired the Liquid Metal and gave me great knowledge on exactly what it does and how to prevent it from happening again the Liquid Metal as an extra $25 but all in all its still better than buying a whole new console”

Dave from Tuffcoat took care of me and took the time to explain the diagnostic and fix action thoroughly. Now the bike starts up like a dream and is running better than ever - so stoked! Service and customer satisfaction 5 stars!”
“When I saw that my passenger driver's side window was spintered and spider-webbed by rocks from the yard man's weedwacker, I was shocked. I didn't want to drive anywhere until I got it fixed because I knew it could shatter all over the place. My sister found Jerry's number and although it was late in the evening, I called and left a message. I didn't expect him to call back until the next day, but Jerry called back to let me know he got my message and squeezed me into his schedule the next day. He came over to fix it which was great! He took his time and, although he had to return a couple of days later with another tool to thoroughly remove all the broken glass that fell into other parts of the door, he did a thorough job. I am so grateful to Jerry and his patience!
BTW, he was most reasonable in his cost. Many other's I have since talk with also say he is very reasonable. Thank you, Jerry!”

Our daughter’s Honda Civic had a splash shield that came undone after hitting some rough roads. They diagnosed and resolved the issue with care, and since the car had to stay overnight (May 8–9), they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process.

“Gary is an excellent mechanic. He kept my Buick LeSabre in tip top shape for 21 years and the guy I sold it to is still rolling in it! If a person arrived an hour late for other appointments they usually would have to be rescheduled and sometimes be charged for the lost time. The reason that the mechanic can't squeeze in an appt. that is so late is because others are also counting on their appts. to follow.”
“Whether you want to save a little cash, doing your own oil change or have the know-how and want to rebuild your engine, there's nowhere else you can rent a lift and tools for $6 an hour. The employees that manage it have great know-how and are very willing to assist newcomers with any questions they may have”

“When I arrived at 0710 am on a Monday for the safety check line, there were 3 cars in front of mine. Safety checks begin at 8 am and by that time the line was getting long. On 9/23/24 Cost $26.18 (tax included), New Cash only. My car was checked at 0824 am and it passed! ?
Update on 9/30/25:
Price increased to $26.96, includes tax. Arrived at 0724 am and we were 6th in line. Inspections started promptly at 0800 am. Got called for inspection at 0840 am. 0845 am I section was completed and paid $26.96. Passed again. Until next year!”

They had in stock and got me in immediately. Service was prompt, courteous and professional! Also affordable compared to several other places I called around.”
