“Well, I gave a 5 star rating although we had a wait time even when we scheduled an appointment.
What made it a 5 Star? Well, the receptionist and the service tech that was with her were very, helpful and cordial. They gave a summary of things we need to do on our car that should be taken care of and I appreciated that concern.
I only wished that Summary of work we need to take care of was included with our receipt. When I got home I couldn't remember most of the things they went over with me when I tried to explain to my husband.

“Going to the shop for your car is never fun. I called up Tai VW and Audi to help diagnose my car and was told to bring my car right away. They were super honest and great, charged a reasonable fee for diagnostics. I’ll be returning for future service.”

“We rented a car through TURO and noticed a leaking tire. We went to this shop and not only did they fix it for a reasonable price but they also checked our other tires and not ied they were over the limit of PSI and fixed those to prevent a dangerous situation. We are thankful for their attention to detail and kindness! Great people and a great shop!”
“We had to get our Full brakes replaced front and back including brakes and rotors! We were quoted by midas $2000+ and by the Firestone on base $1500+. This shop is honest and local and very Aloha! From the moment you start talking quotes the nice staff make you not feel as stressed with such a big thing! Their quote $520 a set and then by the end we were at $927 for the total for our vehicle! So not only were they the best quote on island that we called around for but also the way everyone was in the store was professional as well as personal and I will recommend to EVERYONE!”

“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! “Cats dropped my PS5 and damaged the HDMI port I contacted uBreakiFix and they said it would take 2 weeks to repair for $200, I then contacted Eric at E&A 808 Repair and he said he could get it done within 24 hours and he delivered 10/10 recommended the repair was $165 plus rush order fee which was $50 and he repaired the Liquid Metal and gave me great knowledge on exactly what it does and how to prevent it from happening again the Liquid Metal as an extra $25 but all in all its still better than buying a whole new console”

“When I saw that my passenger driver's side window was spintered and spider-webbed by rocks from the yard man's weedwacker, I was shocked. I didn't want to drive anywhere until I got it fixed because I knew it could shatter all over the place. My sister found Jerry's number and although it was late in the evening, I called and left a message. I didn't expect him to call back until the next day, but Jerry called back to let me know he got my message and squeezed me into his schedule the next day. He came over to fix it which was great! He took his time and, although he had to return a couple of days later with another tool to thoroughly remove all the broken glass that fell into other parts of the door, he did a thorough job. I am so grateful to Jerry and his patience!
BTW, he was most reasonable in his cost. Many other's I have since talk with also say he is very reasonable. Thank you, Jerry!”
“Honestly had a great experience getting my vehicle inspected here. Probably was the fastest, most hassle free experience I've had on the island and I've lived here for several years. Just be cognizant of their schedule and call ahead. All services are walk-ins. The shop its self seemed pretty decent with many bays available and people seemed to be getting lots of help working on their cars by the mechanics who work here.”
“Let me tell you this is the only one that had afternoon safety checks availability near base I called a lot of places it’s usually a set time in the morn or appointments , but this place was come first serve … which is very convenient the process went smooth . Patrick customer service is A1 and he is informative ! Thankkk you! Will be a repeat customer while being stationed in Hawaii! And the cashier in the gas station had amazing customer service when I got a soda , the environment was amazing !”

Our daughter’s Honda Civic had a splash shield that came undone after hitting some rough roads. They diagnosed and resolved the issue with care, and since the car had to stay overnight (May 8–9), they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process.

“Seriously so grateful for this shop! There aren't any shops on the island that service Porsche vehicles except the dealership. One thing is certain, they did a very thorough job in inspecting my car and are truly knowledgable mechanics with a passion for cars. They let me know all the details of not just things to be fixed but also preventative care to strengthen the life of my vehicle. I have a 2016 Porsche Cayenne and they did a full oil change, fixed a leak, did a 20 pt inspection and they made sure to have the special parts needed specifically for my Porsche. Mahalo Nui Loa!!”
