Alamo is the best rental company at Hilo . We rented Jeep and it is bred new , Incredibly friendly service, everything was explained and shown to us with a smile. We received recommendations on what to see and where to eat during our stay. We were incredibly surprised. Thank you for everything!

I reserve my vehicles through Costco and Alamo usually has the cars I want at the best price. The agents at the Hilo Airport are always pleasant and very helpful. I’m optimistic that will be the case at other locations, too.

The car was clean and in great working order. It took less than 8 minutes from walking up to the desk to check in to bring loaded up and ready to leave. Mahalo Alamo!
