What a great experience. The agent at the desk was lovely and just about the best type of person to have in customer services. I will definitely use this branch of Hertz if I ever return to Hilo international airport to pick up a vehicle.

The counter representative provided exceptional and professional service. He was thorough in detailing the rental process, and despite the high volume of customers, he managed all interactions with efficiency and courtesy. I highly recommend Hertz.

Roxanne was amazing! She helped me with our walk up rental in time where we struggling with a car breakdown & post hurricane problems. She really help calm my anxiety & went above and beyond. She deserves an award for excellent guest services.
