During my stay in Hawaii I needed WLAN and had a second german phone with me, that I couldn't get to work. Mayrhona from the AT&T store in Hilo served me extremely well and helped me a lot, even with the settings in my cell phone. After that everything worked perfectly. My old phone fell apart and I needed a new phone. Am a current ATT customer, and ATT had the phone I wanted at a good price. Customer svc was excellent.

The representative was very professional & friendly. May-Rhona found us ways to save and presented options to help protect our purchases. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service we received. Definitely going back to upgrade another phone.
