“Lexi was easily the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with in the entire USA. I am from Boston MA. I live in CT now, work in Manhattan NYC and have frequented the entire east coast - I’m working my way west. Lexi was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable amongst several other qualities. She is a strong asset to the team. I was traveling to Hawaii for my first time and needed to replace my phone. It was effortless. Quick. No pushy sales, straight to the point. What a wonderful team overall. I came in the end of September 2025. This was the cleanest, most chic T-mobile I have ever stepped foot in. 12/10. T-Mobile has the best deals, but this is a GREAT store. They deserve major recognition. The only downfall is the shipping to Hawaii. Not workers fault, corporate let’s do better!!
