“Hilo post office. The counter clerks are very helpful, friendly. We always get our mail on time . I use my Post Office always to mail out my boxes and family that lives in Idaho . Received mail from my local postal service. It is always on time😇😇❤”

“Good experience so far just not a fan of the parcel locker system with people having the possibility of taking other peoples packages when they open the locker. There are cameras though but that’s for after the fact if it happens.”
“FYI all HPP residents- FREE: if you are paying for a Post Office Box, you're on a waiting list for a Box in HPP (or not) then your Keaau PO Box should be free of charge. ASK as they won't tell you this info otherwise. Good luck.”
