When I arrived the same person who answered the phone remembered what I was looking for and directed me right to it. Check out was just as simple, I'm glad I did a yelp search and gave them a call. FYI prices here was even cheaper than Amazon for the specific baking pan.”

The fella at the check out listened patiently and then said "let's see what we can find for you". We went to one aisle and he deduced what I needed and we fitted things before leaving. “Home Depot has became our Black Friday tradition. It started decades ago when I noticed the poinsettias were so cheap that I could afford to buy one for each relatives gravesite. I remember initially buying less than half a dozen, now we need 17. When the kids were born, I brought them along for Black Friday. Popo (grandma) at one point joined us. It has evolved into a family tradition. Popo has difficulty walking now so we sit her in a non-congested aisle. Then her grandchildren hunts for the best poinsettias and brings them to her. Popo selects 17 of the best ones. Afterwards, the "poinsettia hunters" is treated to breakfast. Popo will nurture these poinsettias until her "retired poinsettia hunters" returns home for their winter break. She looks forward to visiting all the graves with her entire family. We spend one day convoying from one graveyard to another, ending with another great meal as a family. We have no photos of this Black Friday tradition so we made a point of taking one. Later we noticed a Home Depot employee photo bombed us. How apropos. In the background Home Depot employees have made this tradition special for over two decades. Thank you Home Depot employees. Thank you for greeting us and making us feel welcomed. Thank you for being pleasant even when you're busy. Keep up the good job and your HUMOR. Happy Holidays.”

“Replacing my refrigerator after my brand new French door LG stopped working after 3 years was so easy and hassle free. I was having anxiety over how long it would take Home Depot to deliver when a friend recommended I check out Ross. At first, I wasn’t so sure about buying a refurbished refrigerator, but the prices were so reasonable and they could deliver the next day.Theee years later my refrigerator is still working so much better than my previous one that was purchased brand new. I’m hooked on Ross now and recommend them to everyone.”

“Best experience ever. Just like many other people have said, I had gone to Lowe’s and Home Depot and had terrible service topped with the fact that the delivery would be over a month later! At both places they said that there was only ONE of the floor models in stock. Then I google searched Appliances and I’m so grateful because I found this store. I needed a washer n dryer badly and when we walked in, it was supposed to close about 5 min after we got there, but the sales person took his time showing us all of our options. What’s more, we would be getting the washer dryer in only 2 days! Then comes the delivery.. the boys were very happy to provide wonderful service. They hauled away the old ones and installed the new one. I will be going here for all of my appliances needs”

However, I myself never visited the physical store until recently, when it was time to replace my ancient iPhone.
