βStopped by for a quick oil change and had a GREAT experience! Kacey came right over to our car and helped us figure out which oil to get! Very helpful and friendly staff!β
βMoped wasnβt starting went in and he fixed it in like 10 minutes it was just a simple spark plug issue but then 2 days later it didnβt start again, so I went back and he realized he didnβt screw it on tight enough and didnβt charge me for it and he apologized. He could have easily lied and charged me more. Everyone there seems very genuine and look like they want to help, I trust this shop.β
βIβve been coming to Mikes AC for the past 8 years. Mike has fixed multiple cars of mines over the years. Sadly Mike passed away in 2024. He was a terrific honest guy. However he left his business in excellent hands! James is their top guy and he has fixed my van twice in 2025 (2 separate things). James is honest and trustworthy. The price is ALWAYS reasonable and they get the job done correctly. I definitely recommend Mikeβs AC and I always recommend them whenever my friends or family are having ac issues.β

βWent there for safety check. No appointment necessary. There were 2 lines (wait in the car and pull up to station ) and make sure to have necessary documents ready (insurance card, registration, payment). Staff are very friendly, work very efficiently, and provide good service.β
βMidasβ service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My reservation was at 1pm, but I was running late. They were very flexible and allowed me to change it to 2pm last minute. In addition to the oil maintenance service that I came for, they also rotated my tires and suggested to me that I should do get an alignment. Overall, my experience with Midas was very satisfactory and I would be happy to go back there for any car issues.β

βMy go to shop for all the tires, wheels, plus extras for my three vehicles. They do cars, trucks, SUVs, everything here. I also have purchased extras like bed covers, suspension, all with install included in the quoted price. David and the team are amazing. It's like having an easy button or AI answers that you can actually trust. At this point I just tell him what I am looking for style/cost/performance-wise and he finds me good matches. I have scheduled 6 different times in the past 6 years and they have always delivered on price and quality. I normally email or call (leave voicemail) to get a quote. Highly recommend this business.β

βXI is great! Easy to communicate with, won't try to scam you. Very knowledgeable and give additional advice and finding while working on your vehicle. Would reccomend to any BMW owner. If you think his prices are expensive, then you shouldn't own a BMW, over half the price over a dealership.β
βGot my oil changed and was told the timing cover might need to be changed and should be covered by warranty. Called Nissan and it was covered under warranty. Thanks for being so honest. They could have made big money off me but showed true integrity.β

βIt was a great experience working with Mr. Earl while discussing the 2025 Nissan Rogue SV model. He took excellent care of us throughout the entire process, including the paperwork, coordination with the finance department, and support from other departments as well.
Mr. Earl also gave us a full tour of the New City Nissan showroom and service center, showing us how to bring the car in for service, where to park, how to check the service status, and where to pick up the car keys. He even showed us the customer waiting lounge.
Overall, his guidance and hospitality made the experience smooth and enjoyable.β

βI was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!β
βSo impressed with the whole experience. Brought in my aged 2005 Z4 that has been sitting in the garage for way too long. Wanted to explore the possibilities of getting it street ready and was met with a comprehensive itemization of whet need to be done to make my vehicle safe. Though it was more than I was able to pay to fix up today, I feel it was a fair price. Give them a chance to get that car out of the garage and enjoy your ride. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to.β
