“Moped wasn’t starting went in and he fixed it in like 10 minutes it was just a simple spark plug issue but then 2 days later it didn’t start again, so I went back and he realized he didn’t screw it on tight enough and didn’t charge me for it and he apologized. He could have easily lied and charged me more. Everyone there seems very genuine and look like they want to help, I trust this shop.”
“I’ve been coming to Mikes AC for the past 8 years. Mike has fixed multiple cars of mines over the years. Sadly Mike passed away in 2024. He was a terrific honest guy. However he left his business in excellent hands! James is their top guy and he has fixed my van twice in 2025 (2 separate things). James is honest and trustworthy. The price is ALWAYS reasonable and they get the job done correctly. I definitely recommend Mike’s AC and I always recommend them whenever my friends or family are having ac issues.”

“Midas’ service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My reservation was at 1pm, but I was running late. They were very flexible and allowed me to change it to 2pm last minute. In addition to the oil maintenance service that I came for, they also rotated my tires and suggested to me that I should do get an alignment. Overall, my experience with Midas was very satisfactory and I would be happy to go back there for any car issues.”
“Very impressed with Benz and Jagz Specialist. The service advisor Flora is the real deal—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely customer-focused. She walked me through the repair (Suspension) & maintenance options (spark plugs and transmission service) for my Mercedes and gave a transparent estimate, and delivered exactly what she promised with a quick turnaround. There was an added cost due to a part that was essential for the transmission service and Flora did call me beforehand to inform of the change which I appreciate it. The whole experience was stress-free. If you want quality work without the runaround see Flora. She is awesome!”

I also have purchased extras like bed covers, suspension, all with install included in the quoted price. David and the team are amazing. It's like having an easy button or AI answers that you can actually trust. At this point I just tell him what I am looking for style/cost/performance-wise and he finds me good matches. I have scheduled 6 different times in the past 6 years and they have always delivered on price and quality. I normally email or call (leave voicemail) to get a quote. Highly recommend this business.”

I’m new to the area and needed a mechanic ASAP. After calling around, Alexander’s Automotive was the only shop that could get me in the next day and they had a reasonable diagnostic fee that’s waived if they find and fix the issue!
I brought my car in, and they quickly identified and resolved the problem. What really stood out was how Alex and his team took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand what the problem was.

In and out in under 5 minutes if you have all your paperwork. Just be careful of the road outside the shop since they are constructing something and the one lane traffic funnel is right outside the turn into shop.”
“It was a great experience working with Mr. Earl while discussing the 2025 Nissan Rogue SV model. He took excellent care of us throughout the entire process, including the paperwork, coordination with the finance department, and support from other departments as well.
Mr. Earl also gave us a full tour of the New City Nissan showroom and service center, showing us how to bring the car in for service, where to park, how to check the service status, and where to pick up the car keys. He even showed us the customer waiting lounge.
Overall, his guidance and hospitality made the experience smooth and enjoyable.”

“I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!”
“These guys are SO AWESOME!!! Being a single woman I walked in apprehensive at first, waiting to get taken to the cleaners. They were upfront and honest and I felt completely at ease. They needed to order a part from the mainland to repair my BMW. The mainland company never responded. Because of the delay, they ordered the part from the local dealer at a much higher price and paid the difference for me and fixed my car in record time! They’re awesome! I have two Fords and a Hundai at home and I really wish they were all BMW’s or minis so I could give them ALL my business! If you have a BMW or a Mini, don’t go anywhere else!!! You’ll be very glad you did.”
