“Originally took my wife's car in for a frontend alignment, which I thought it needed. Received a call back 30 minutes later to come pick it up. Scotty's informed me that the car checked out good on their machine and it was good to go (no charge). I was impressed with their honesty. They could have easily taken advantage of me, like so many other shops would have done. Their trustworthiness has kept me coming back for other repairs ever since and I recommend them every chance I get based on that story.”

They always explain everything so you understand what they're going to be doing, before they start and with a quote, I appreciate that. “I called at 8am and he picked up immediately. I told him that my battery light was on and my car was making a weird almost grinding noise and he was able to immediately diagnose it as a failing alternator. He was very knowledgeable explaining in detail why my car was making the weird noises and said he could be there in about an hour or so and would pick up an alternator on the way. He was there by 10am and was super friendly. The whole job took him maybe half an hour to an hour. His prices were also cheaper then what goodyear quoted me for the repair. He accepts cash or venmo in payment and unfortunately my venmo wasn't working at the time and wouldn't let me pay him and he told me he trusted me to pay him later. Luckily my boyfriend pulled up shortly after and was able to front the money for me but it's rare to find such good down to earth mechanics. I would highly recommend and will be calling for all future repairs. Thank you!”

“Roger installed multiple items in my Jeep wrangler engine and allowed me to purchase my own parts. He was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. He got back to me quickly after our first chat with a quote for the work and that’s what he charged me when it was done. No BS at this shop. He also cleaned my throttle body which was a nice extra thing he did and didn’t charge me for it. If you want a mechanic on island you can trust, definitely go to The Shop. “I was running around looking for safety check inspection and no one seem to be doing it without an appointment. I then remembered Oil Changers near Longs Drug store in Pearl City. I asked Jeff the manager if they do safety check inspection and he told me come back one hour before 1 pm and then I told him I can wait outside the lot of Longs. Then he changed his mind and told me I can do it now. I was so amazed and very happy that I don't have to wait for the next 2 hours and it was done in more than just half-hour. Thank you Oil Changer specially to Jeff the manager. I will surely go back there next year.”

“1st time buyer from Cutter CDJR in Pearl City. I previously bought many vehicles on island at Cutter Ford, Windward Dodge /Hyundai and 2 at Cutter CDJR Ala Moana as well. Hands down, this was the best experience I have had buying a car on island since moving here in 1997. From start to finish, Clayton (MGR) and CJ ( salesperson) were top notch and went above and beyond to make an incredible deal that I was satisfied with, and stayed until 11pm, long after closing. I bought a 23 Challenger Scatpack in the color I wanted, last call edition. They reduced the price to a number I was comfortable paying. They gave me an exceptional deal , very high value on my trade in ,2020 Charger Scatpack, and gave me a 10 yr / 100K extended warranty to protect my vehicle for a price less than what I paid on a 7 yr/100K warranty when I bought my Charger in 2020. The whole staff here are super cool and friendly, no high pressure and didn't play any games at all. I would highly recommend buying from these guys Clayton and CJ, especially if you want to get a Charger or Challenger before they are all gone. If they can work the numbers for you, they will do it. I've had my plum crazy Challenger for a month now, and get crazy compliments and jaw dropping stares when I drive it. They also made sure they got my car into the service dept to have a plastic trim piece snapped back into place that was loose from the factory and to get the yellow shipping guards taken off sooner rather than waiting a few weeks since when I bought it service was already closed. Truly an amazing buying experience. I'll never get rid of this Challenger, but if I need to buy another car in the future, it will be from them!”
