Called in the person who answered was very polite and helpful took just seconds she was able to confirm that they had over 300 in stock. When I arrived the same person who answered the phone remembered what I was looking for and directed me right to it. Check out was just as simple, I'm glad I did a yelp search and gave them a call. FYI prices here was even cheaper than Amazon for the specific baking pan.”

“I went in with some OLD plumbing parts needed replacement and they didn't even have mfg name on them. The fella at the check out listened patiently and then said "let's see what we can find for you". We went to one aisle and he deduced what I needed and we fitted things before leaving. He could have just said "I don't know" but he didn't. Mahalo”
“Best experience ever. Just like many other people have said, I had gone to Lowe’s and Home Depot and had terrible service topped with the fact that the delivery would be over a month later! At both places they said that there was only ONE of the floor models in stock. Then I google searched Appliances and I’m so grateful because I found this store. I needed a washer n dryer badly and when we walked in, it was supposed to close about 5 min after we got there, but the sales person took his time showing us all of our options. What’s more, we would be getting the washer dryer in only 2 days! Then comes the delivery.. the boys were very happy to provide wonderful service. They hauled away the old ones and installed the new one. I will be going here for all of my appliances needs”

“Home Depot has became our Black Friday tradition. It started decades ago when I noticed the poinsettias were so cheap that I could afford to buy one for each relatives gravesite. I remember initially buying less than half a dozen, now we need 17. When the kids were born, I brought them along for Black Friday. Popo (grandma) at one point joined us. It has evolved into a family tradition. Popo has difficulty walking now so we sit her in a non-congested aisle. Then her grandchildren hunts for the best poinsettias and brings them to her. Popo selects 17 of the best ones. Afterwards, the "poinsettia hunters" is treated to breakfast. Popo will nurture these poinsettias until her "retired poinsettia hunters" returns home for their winter break. She looks forward to visiting all the graves with her entire family. We spend one day convoying from one graveyard to another, ending with another great meal as a family. We have no photos of this Black Friday tradition so we made a point of taking one. Later we noticed a Home Depot employee photo bombed us. How apropos. In the background Home Depot employees have made this tradition special for over two decades. Thank you Home Depot employees. Thank you for greeting us and making us feel welcomed. Thank you for being pleasant even when you're busy. Keep up the good job and your HUMOR. Happy Holidays.”
“My favorite Home Depot on Oahu because it is not crowded and not on a busy street with a Costco and a Costco gas station. One can park quickly, get what you need and get going without having to deal with the crazy traffic.
Staff is more available and what they don’t have they will order. It’s probably quicker to come here even if it means driving an extra 10 miles as long as H1 isn’t jammed up.”

“Nate in Appliances was super helpful and is the main reason for this 5-star review. In a nutshell, I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy's website and ended up needing to exchange it. Something happened during the exchange process and it had to be processed as separate transactions, which caused all sorts of other problems. First, I was told I had to work it out with Best Buy's corporate office -- I tried this, and they directed me back to the store. So I walked in one evening to get a resolution and luckily, Nate was there and helped me sort everything out. It ended well and I now have a wonderful new dishwasher. I'm sure this ordeal was an unwelcome headache for Nate too, but he was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend management give him a raise or at least a bonus for being such a fantastic employee.”
