“A+ service by Haggi (I think this is her name!). I had several items I had ordered on the website which were delivered to the store at different times. Some things had come in that our contractor had picked up; a few I had picked up the day before. There were about 10 things missing. She looked high and low for them and recruited two others to help. She made sure I had everything on my list, even though it took a while! She was delightful.”

“This location is at the corner of Nimitz Highway and Pacific Street. I find this home improvement center to be convenient and much easier to navigate than the two big box stores nearby. I needed to get a toilet plunger. Went directly to the plumbing section, and there they were. Made my selection and went to the checkout. Pleasant greeting and fast service. Enjoy”

“A shout out to the manager Dan for exemplary customer service! I was following up on an order for some custom window screens to be fabricated which were not received within the promised time window. After speaking to him, I received his assurances that he would follow-up personally and expedite the order. He called me at 7 AM the next morning to inform me that they finished them up the previous evening and that they were ready to pick up. Mahalo Dan!”

“Ample parking. Lovey employees. Good inventory. I went today (Thursday afternoon) to get custom paint. The legendary Bob O. helped me at the paint desk. He was sweet and very efficient. Bob made sure I knew what mix to ask for if I needed more of the same custom paint. Funny enough, his other half and her friend stopped by, and he was informing them where to find all the things they needed. I swear he knows the whole store! Makes sense given he's been at City Mill for about 10 years. The cashier who rung me up was also super nice. She asked if I needed a shopping bag because I was juggling wiper fluid and a quart of paint. Everything was super affordable! The windshield wiper fluid was only $3.25! I'll definitely come back!”

“Just being knowledgeable about the equipment that I had rented was a plus. I got help from both employees this day and I would hope that you relay this to the both of them. " Mahalo for a great job and I hope they recognize the both of you." Keep employees like these they are genuine are hard to find...... My contract Number is 20637 on 2/15/21 The knowledge that both these employees for the equipment was great they were very helpful. I didn't get their names but with the information that I have provided should help. I only do reviews when I am very pleased with the customer service that I received.”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to DAG... apparently this locations has a lot of bad reviews!!! But there is always shiny star and it's DAG... Not only did he go where 3 employees couldn't go he helped serve me, assist me, and gave me legendary customer service!!! Senior management give this employee a raise!!!
