My hubby was being charged $5/mth for paper statements. Lori in customer service was extremely gentle and patient with him and for that we are extremely grateful! Keep up the great work Ms Lori! Much mahalos! Wes Oh

Very disappointed with the customer service representative. Had called multiple times to ask fax number, but never received it.
