tellers & atm so junk & waste of time held onto my card in the atm & they got it out but charged me the 180$ that never came out & told me dispute it with my bank. the teller was no help at all no wonder they work kalihi lol

Stopped by the ATM to withdraw some cash; I'm not a member of the bank. I expected a small service fee, but they wanted to charge me $4.50 to withdraw $20? Are they out of their minds? Went to another location where I know it's only $2.25. Screw this place.

I moved my business to Kalihi and now do most of my banking at this branch and it is now my favorite branch. The tellers and managers are very friendly, patient and accommodating. This branch also has the absolute best parking because the stalls are wide and easily accessible.
