Communication was a little confusing. I had to have my car tow and junked. Pro tip: go to the DMV and ask for title to be junked then send a copy to the tow company they will take the car. No need to follow and deal with the junkyard. Saves time and money

Nice people, A little hard to find at first but that might be on my end. just be as polite and patient as possible, they have a hard job and if you tell the front desk its your first time there, they will explain how to go through the process. all around a bit of a complicated process but everyone was helpful.
