“David, Spectrum Associate is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, able to answer any and all questions on behalf of Spectrum live streaming capabilities with the Xumo, user friendly device. In turn we have the same package as before with additional channels at a lesser charge. In actuality, David saved us more money than expected which was the main reason for visiting Spectrum to question our billing increase. After all was said and done, we had the same basic package without the rental fees for our DVR boxes, replaced by Spectrum Xumo box with recording abilities saved to My Library. Thank you, David at the Spectrum Kahului store for a very pleasant experience and your professionalism customer service should be commendable by your Supervisor for a job well done.
