“I highly recommend Hamai Appliance. Their service as a long time appliance retail company in our community continues to be excellent! Their sales, delivery and repair department staff are very helpful. The most recent technician, Jay, who came to our residence several times to check a question n my refrigerator was truly polite, educated in his field of work - knowledgeable and concerned that customer satisfaction is very important. He also made a call to the Whirlpool technician line while on his service call and was as nice to the man on phone assisting him as he is to me. Thank you, Mrs. Ito”

“Lynnie Aspilla was MOST helpful in helping me transfer my account to T-Mobile. Due to the unhelpfulness of AI assistants, she spent nearly 2 hrs. with me as we struggled to unfreeze my credit. She was most patient and able to navigate a path that eventually worked with the last and final holdout. Also, I have since phoned with questions, gotten another staff person, and been impressed by their pleasant manner and thorough answers.”
