“I came in on a Saturday with my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen completely yellow. The shop is open every day and they accept walk-ins, which was super convenient. In about 1 hour, my phone was fully repaired. We were helped by Maia, who was really friendly. Since we came all the way from Napili, she kindly gave priority to our device.

The total cost was around $200. They charge a $50 diagnostic fee, but if you go ahead with the repair, that amount is deducted from the total.

The only downside is that the screens aren’t official Apple parts, and you can feel they’re a bit slower to respond, but that’s the tradeoff for paying less than at Apple”

“I first visited this store with my aunty, and Bobby (the manager) was there. While she looked around, Bobby started telling me about Cricket Wireless. I was expecting a pushy, robotic sales pitch, but not with Bobby — he was genuine, realistic, and not at all pressuring. He told me when I was ready to switch, he’d help me get a better phone and plan. No pressure at all.
Fast forward a few months… my phone shattered on the Road to Hana. Once the trip was over, I walked back into the store and said, “Remember me? You said you'd help me!” I showed him my broken phone, and Bobby took care of everything — new phone, new account, and even helped me pick out a case.
We hit a hiccup when I forgot my Apple ID password and only had one shot to get it right. I blew it — but Bobby didn’t give up. He calmly reset everything and we figured it out. We literally hugged it out in the end!
Highly recommend this store. Bobby makes everything simple, easy, and he really knows his stuff. Bonus: he’s in a band!”

“They have a problem with their food court. They eliminated the long line of customers that snaked back and forth when they added the bank of kiosks but they missed the point of having the kiosks. When I enter an order and pay, I get a receipt with my order number. When the staff gets my order finished, they should call my number, give me my food and we're done. Nope. I have to stand in line and give my receipt to a worker who goes off and puts it together. The difference isn't subtle. Why else would my order number be printed on my receipt. And, there is a second line for people to queue up in. It's a line for people who don't want to use the kiosk. They can order old school. They wait their turn, scan their costco membership card, tell the server what they want and pay at the window. Today, the line for people who don't want to use the kiosk was shorter than the line for those of us who used the not-so-new time saving method of ordering. Make up your mind, costco.”

“Staff was amazing. Called them after getting off the plane and they immediately helped. Offered to hold our luggage while we went to eat and they replaced a broken iPhone 17 screen so vacation wouldn’t be affected and worked with our Apple Care with no issues. Great service and from what I saw great prices on their retail items displayed.”
