He asked what we were looking for and we told him so he pointed us in the direction and then preceded to step away while we looked and talked. He would come and check on us to see if we needed help with anything or had any questions. He was very attentive! Not pushy which I really appreciate! He listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect rug. Even worked to get us the best price they could offer. 10/10 would recommend coming here for your next rug purchase.
