“I would like to recognize the excellent, friendly and professional service from this store. Over the years they have consistently provided excellent service to my mom who is elderly and has a smart phone. She recently had a virus on her phone and went to this store for assistance. She had to wait a little while but that was okay because it meant that when it was her turn, she would receive the same excellent service the others before her were receiving. When it was her turn, she was helped by Shaysi who was patient and friendly and able to solve my mom's issue with her phone. Mahalo to Shaysi and to T-Mobile Kona for your excellent service!”

“Customer service was great. Workers are incredibly friendly. But store is way too hot, was sweating through my shirt. Owners need to prioritize fixing the ac. Shouldn’t be allowed to make these people work in this heat. Thermostat said it was 93 degrees in the store.”

“The Kona WalMart & their famous wall of SPAM .. see photo !!Since World War ll, spam has remained an island staple. It's available everywhere. Even the McDonald's inside this Walmart, SPAM & rice is a featured meal.On the brighter side, the WalMart's in Hawaii have a huge assortment of quality Hula material for those talented enough to sew & craft. They also carry an entire department of Hawaiian based tourist items at prices far below the gift-shops. The 4 star rating is due to WalMart discontinuing their complimentary shuttle bus from the cruise ship dock to the store. This is a serious setback for crew members who need to stock up on personal items & can't afford taxi cab service.This store sits high in the hills above town & has the best unobstructed view of the Kona Coast & Pacific Ocean in all of this beautiful area's landscape.”
“I love target, and I love Starbucks, but the target Starbucks employee was not so loved by me I got a caramel Frappuccino and a a mocha Frappuccino, but I was very mad when they asked me are you sure you want to get that and gave me attitude? I didn't think it was very nice even though I was trying to be nice it made me mad and disappointed. I think, overall I still like Starbucks, but I thought he came on a little strong and rude”

“My phone went totally dead on a Sunday, my usual ATT store was closed from storm damage in Hilo HI so I went to the KTA store in Hilo. Was a terrible experience, I have been with ATT 10 years this was bad service , they were selling phones to new costumers . The next day I drove to Kona HI the store in Kona was one of the best sales person I have felt with he really helped me and after 3 days with no phone , and I’m disabled he fixed me up very good service.”
