“My wife's phone died on the flight to Big Island, we went right to this Verizon store, Alex walked right up and took care of us, he was trouble shooting, unfortunately it was just dead. Alex worked with getting her a new phone and since the camera, charging port and network was dead on it, he found another way to get all of her pictures and notes, and apps. We had to go back numerous times during the week to keep the phone transfer in progress and Alex took care of us all the time, along with Jodee. They also have some used equipment especially a good collection of used tube amps that are hard to find an impossible to ship to Kona safely. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And of course a huge selection of ukuleles. They also have PA, harmonicas, and drums and various accessories for your musical needs”
