“We had so much fun on our Segway adventure in October! Alan was a great guide and shared so much wonderful info about the area, stopping at historical sites and even taking us to the beach. He took pictures and videos for us as well. It was a good time!”
“Stealth Audio did a wonderful job installing a Kenwood media player in my 2016 GMC Sierra. The OEM media player's screen was starting to fail. This why I had it replaced with this upgraded media player.”

“Customer service was great. Workers are incredibly friendly. But store is way too hot, was sweating through my shirt. Owners need to prioritize fixing the ac. Shouldn’t be allowed to make these people work in this heat. Thermostat said it was 93 degrees in the store.”
“Shanaye is very hospitable. I usually have cruddy interactions at this location, cashiers usually act as if I’ve burdened them by going through their line but she has been very welcoming, kind and even went out of her way to help me with finding the right price on an item that was incorrectly marked. She was training Naea and I think she makes an excellent trainer, hopefully he takes on her great customer service and attitude”
“I love target, and I love Starbucks, but the target Starbucks employee was not so loved by me I got a caramel Frappuccino and a a mocha Frappuccino, but I was very mad when they asked me are you sure you want to get that and gave me attitude? I didn't think it was very nice even though I was trying to be nice it made me mad and disappointed. I think, overall I still like Starbucks, but I thought he came on a little strong and rude”
“I want to express how satisfied we were with the service we received from ELI who worked with Verizon at the Makala site in Kailua Kona. She is very kind and so helpful!”

“Huge selection of guitars including full line of Yamaha guitars . They also have some used equipment especially a good collection of used tube amps that are hard to find an impossible to ship to Kona safely. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And of course a huge selection of ukuleles. They also have PA, harmonicas, and drums and various accessories for your musical needs”
