Today 9/12/2026 I went to the store looking for Quart Paint Sticks. I couldn't find them anywhere, luckily Don assisted me and he finally found the sticks, they weren't in the aisle but in storage rack. Was one of my best experiences in THD. Thank you so much Don! I hope THD hire more people like Don!

99% of the staff here are absolutely amazing and helpful. Unfortunately, today (August 7, 2026 at 3:40 PM) an employee named Grant was extremely disrespectful and rude. The interaction left a really sour taste and completely ruined what had been a good experience up to that point.

Staff on the floor are scarce, or too busy. Who has control of the music playing in the store? It was dodgy lyrics and rap the other day with one member of staff turning it up and bouncing through the store to the back! It was funny but not wholly appropriate.
