“Exhaust System Hawaii (Kailua) is very responsive, professional, and efficient. Hard to find these days but this is an old fashion, honest shop, won't charge you for something you don't need or upsell in anyway.
I called a little after they opened to explain my situation on a potential exhaust leak w/ smell in the cabin. Roland was able to schedule me for an 11:00am inspection, same day (during Christmas week, WOW). No wait time when I got there. He was very knowledgeable and showed me my exhaust system underneath the car while searching for the leak. I appreciate his patience and explanation. Would return here for future work.”

“Twice now I have gone to Clydes and he checked and fixed a minor problem my car had without taking any money for it. He is an extremely nice and honest person, and runs a great shop. If you drop off your car when they open, they will typically call you with what they have found within an hour. I trust Clyde more than any car mechanic I have ever been to.”
“Kirby is the best. I was a Technician all my life until a bad injury made me stop turning wrenches. Any Technician will tell you they won't let anyone but themselves work on their vehicles period. This is the reason for this review, Kirby is the only one that does work for me on our vehicles because he takes pride in workmanship, is truthful, honest and will explain to his Customers what his diagnosis is what part has failed and recommend any other items that needs attention. He is a Master Technician and comes to your house or work and gets your vehicle back in top shape. Excellent repair cost that I would expect to be much higher for the quality of work he does. Contact Wherever Auto and guaranteed you just found your lifetime Technician. To bad there is only a 5 star rating because Kirby is a solid 10.”
“I am leaving 5 star but honestly because I didnt get any work done so I really don't know. All I know is I took my vehicle with check engine light on told them the scan said P0016 problem. They said they needed to run their own diagnosis. They did came out the same problem P0016, they charged me $143 dlls then told me they don't fix that issue. And I was at a lost for words.”
“Matt is a fantastic mechanic and a very nice person to talk with. He knows a lot about cars (especially the European ones!) and you can feel how he really likes them and their care. He speaks clearly about the issues of your vehicle and 99% of times he solves your problem. Autoworks has been in several occasions my big helper for a safe drive.”

“Excellent local shop that I can't recommend enough. Did a really good job replacing the brake actuator assembly on my 2012 Prius for a reasonable price (brought my own parts, but was still much cheaper than going to the dealership). Service was excellent and communication was prompt and transparent. Very pleased and will use them again.”
“When I was hit from the side on the highway, I was really worried that it was going to be a huge hassle to get my truck repaired. Faith Collision Center was recommended to me for the appraisal, and I chose to bring my truck there for the repair. Customer service was Top Notch, with courtesy calls every Tuesday and Thursday keeping me up to date. They coordinated with the car rental company and arranged for drop off and pick up. “THANKSGIVING time so called All auto shops in Kailua & no one could fix my 4Runner anytime soon! After a rear tail light & cover were replced at an auto body shop....electrical was shutting down one thing after another: no blinkers, no AC, ABS brakes were clunking & finally alternator & battery went! I was bummed as no one at body shop could figure what went wrong. They sent me to BES. Tests were not showing problem but Bear forund a smashed wire from light grounded to metal was causing shutdowns! HE FIXED ALL DAY B4 HOLIDAY :) ALL IS WELL AGAIN!!! Malia met me with much lower cost than I expected And Shes So Beautifullll. Truly Amazing Service + I was dropped off & picked up at my home, maybe cuz Im an old lady But NO Uber :) HAPPY THANKSGIVING IN BEST TOWN KAILUA OAHU ALOHA MAHALO!!!”

“I needed a safety inspection by the end of the month, but everyone was booked out for weeks. I found out that several places in the Kailua/Kaneohe area either lost their inspectors or their license so make sure you book way in advance! Luckily the guys at Texaco 'Aikahi offered to keep my car on the lot for a 'work in'. Long story short, they did my inspection within 24 hours. I even received the call after my working hours - I'm a teacher - so that I wouldn't have to interrupt my time with my students. How thoughtful. Mahalo nui loa, Texaco 'Aikahi.”
