And when I ask this secret shopper how he likes his job or what paint does something or what do you think about this or you know something like that he goes oh I don't work here and I just chuckle to myself but yeah I like it I love having people follow me the greatest and it only happens in home Depot doesn't happen in Lowe's it doesn't happen in like sitting meal you know I don't know why. “Kinda wild to see one star for quality. Maybe your setup day was a little more moist than might be used to. The climate here does make for difficult resin work especially coming into winter. “I stopped in to pick up a light fixture and was surprised at how big the place is on the inside! It’s much more spacious than it looks from the street. Unlike the overwhelming big box stores, this location isn't as densely packed, making it pretty easy to find exactly the part I needed. They have an impressive selection of everything from lumber and tools to electrical supplies and even furniture. The staff was knowledgable and very helpful. It's a great local spot for home improvement!”

“I’ve been a Lowe’s customer since they first opened, but this isn’t about a typical shopping experience. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot at the Honolulu location. I didn’t realize it until the next day—then got a call from Lowe’s letting me know one of their team members had found it and turned it in, completely intact.
