“Exceptional customer service team! My Makita palm sander was not working and they handled everything-returned, repaired, and contacted me for pickup. Large selection of quality tools at reasonable prices. Recommend this small business to all. Love this place!”

“For the three cactus plants you have in front of your business. You have to add scaffolding or a fence so they can actually grow because they are falling in on itself when they grow that long without support of any kind”
“I was very thankful that City Mill Kaneohe had propane? Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday ?and I had three tanks to fill? for my Super? Bowl? party?Tom was the employee who helped me ? he was so helpful? I'm sure he worked very hard today? I was thankful he was there ?he even helped me put the tanks in my car?”
“Kinda wild to see one star for quality. Maybe your setup day was a little more moist than might be used to. The climate here does make for difficult resin work especially coming into winter. Nothing remarking to lack of quality, quite the contrary.Great knowledge base Surrounding their products, Highly recommend inquiring for advice from these guys for any Fiberglass or resin/epoxy type of work.”
“I visited this store during the heavy rains/flood. The customer service provided by “Mary D” was very much appreciated. She’s friendly and very knowledgeable about the products that I needed help with .”
“A shout out to the manager Dan for exemplary customer service! I was following up on an order for some custom window screens to be fabricated which were not received within the promised time window. After speaking to him, I received his assurances that he would follow-up personally and expedite the order. He called me at 7 AM the next morning to inform me that they finished them up the previous evening and that they were ready to pick up. Mahalo Dan!”
“One million times better than City Mill. Workers are eager to help and give advice if needed. Better prices and bigger selection of things you need, unlike City Mill. Locally operated by friendly and knowledgeable people. My new go-to hardware store!”
“This is a great Woodcraft location which is fully staffed with helpful and friendly employees. Everything you would need as either a beginner or professional woodworker”
“I stopped in to pick up a light fixture and was surprised at how big the place is on the inside! It’s much more spacious than it looks from the street. Unlike the overwhelming big box stores, this location isn't as densely packed, making it pretty easy to find exactly the part I needed. They have an impressive selection of everything from lumber and tools to electrical supplies and even furniture. The staff was knowledgable and very helpful. It's a great local spot for home improvement!”

“Had a great experience with the staff and service at this rental center. The guys behind the counter were super respectful and conscientious of my time. I was able to rent a moving van within 15 minutes with no complications or over charges, I will definitely be using Home Depot's Rental services again in the future.”
“Mahalo to employee Alicia in the Lowe’s Iwilei appliance department. She was very courteous and friendly. Alicia provided us with excellent customer service as her patience and knowledge of Lowe’s products made it easier for us to make the best decision for our needs.”
