I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!”

When I got to Jiffy Lube, they were so kind and the service was very fast! “The splash guard of my Civic got ripped off by some road work driving home from Costco last week, dragging along under the car in an unsafe manner. I happened to be across the street from Chung’s and despite being after hours on a Saturday, they lifted my car and removed the damaged splash guard. They don’t even charge me for the service. Can’t thank them enough!”
“I had a great experience with KT. My mom’s car was flashing a warning intermittently but when the brake lights wouldn’t go off, I was stuck to face a dead battery in the morning. I drive up hoping someone could help, and they did! No more than 5 minutes of a wait, they fixed my electrical issue. Thank you for seeing me right away and fixing my issue!”

“I am leaving 5 star but honestly because I didnt get any work done so I really don't know. All I know is I took my vehicle with check engine light on told them the scan said P0016 problem. They said they needed to run their own diagnosis. They did came out the same problem P0016, they charged me $143 dlls then told me they don't fix that issue. And I was at a lost for words.”
