“Great service! Don't expect then to answer the phone, but if you need an oil change just pull up to the service station. The boys running the shop are a bit kolohe, but incredibly professional and fast! My tires were a little low on air and to my surprise they filled them without me asking or an additional charge. Oil change was around $120”
“Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!”
“I always have a great and easy experience at Jiffy Lube. So helpful! My maintenance light came on and I assumed it was for oil change, it was but they also checked/did an assessment on my truck. They are always so friendly and try to find coupons for me to use. Will continue going to this jiffy lube for the convenience (they have your oil and last appt on file when you pull up) and helpfulness.”
