“My wife was looking for Hawaiian barrel style jewelry engraved with the names of our children / grandchildren for a layered necklace. We searched numerous jewelry stores in Central California and on line. No one could or would design and produce what she wanted. Remembering her Hawaiian bracelet we contacted paradise collection. I contacted paradise by email which was answered directly by Ryan, a real person and not a canned response or chat-bot. During the exchange Ryan provided his phone number and we called. He was pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly cared about the service he was providing and listened to what we needed.
He understood immediately what my wife was looking for and sent a cad drawing with what he had envisioned. We were able to see what we were working with and provided him with some refinements. He explained the process and said he would have mock ups done and emailed. If we were satisfied we would provide a down payment and the jewelers would go to work. He gave us a time line of 3-4 weeks from design to production and delivery.
Everything went exactly as Ryan had outlined. The pieces were delivered and were exquisite. Exactly what we were looking for. Outstanding workmanship and quality.

“So, this is my first Breitling watch and store experience. I went in on a Monday and was greeted immediately. The team here at Ala Moana worked in tandem - assisting each other in finding the right watch for me, despite me having one watch in mind. They showed me different models based upon our conversations (what I am looking for) and also a piece that compliments my current collection. I had a touch decision to make, but left with the Chronograph 42 - they took the time to show me the details of this watch and ensured that I didn’t “settle”. “My First Cartier Experience
I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later, but my husband and I decided to stop by on our way from the beach to the hotel. We were helped by Kelly, and honestly, it was the best luxury store experience we’ve had in Hawaii in the past three years.
We were looking for sunglasses and also wanted to try on some jewelry for our upcoming anniversary. Kelly was amazing—she really listened to what we needed and offered great advice without being pushy. We had a few items in mind already, but she still guided us in a thoughtful and respectful way.
While trying on bracelets, she noticed one was too big and suggested I try both sizes together. That helped me realize I needed the smaller one—she didn’t push me but helped me make the decision confidently. Same with the rings—she pointed out subtle differences, like the thickness of a diamond ring, which I might not have noticed but realized would bother me since I work a lot on the computer.
Kelly was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. This kind of service is what makes us want to come back. We really enjoyed our visit—thank you, Kelly! We’ll definitely be back soon.”

“Great customer service! Wide selection of Koa Wood jewelry and various items! Reasonable pricing! I was considering a gift for my daughter and she had requested something constructed of Koa Wood, and someone in another jewelry store recommended Martin & MacArthur. Upon entering the store, without a doubt I was in the right place! I was greeted by an attentive, friendly gentleman by the name of David, and he offered to assist me, but allowed me to peruse the shop to get some ideas of what I would purchase. During my browsing, he struck-up a conversation and we discussed where I was from, and where he originally lived before moving to Hawaii; his major reason for making the move was the blue skies and warm weather (smile). The shop contained many items that appealed to me, and David even convinced one of the female patrons to wear one of the items so I could get an idea of how it would look on daughter. It was perfect, and I immediately purchase the item which was reasonably priced, attractive, and wrapped in a pillow box. The shopping experience was completely enjoyable, and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you David.”

“Went in because a pin on my watch band came out and now I cannot wear it. Popped in mid-afternoon and the gentleman behind the counter was able to insert a cotter pin to connect my band. This was a macguyver job because there was a spring inside the hole which I had lost. I didn't care as long as I was able to wear it. The gentleman did not charge me even though I insisted. I would come back in heartbeat if I needed watch repair!”
“My husband and I visited this store in March 2024 to purchase a 25th anniversary gift. Needless to say we were assisted by a young sales lady named Amy Wu who was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We were casually dressed but received top notch service. Some luxury stores can make judgements when you I walk in the store but not Amy. We purchased a beautiful bangle after trying on many different items. No pressure to buy, the staff and Amy were very patient with us. I highly recommend this shopping experience. It’s a beautiful store with many beautiful items.”

Check and make you are getting what you think you are buying...price around, make sure it is solid gold. Staff is great, been there several times when we want to buy gold pendants, etc.”
