“Thank you for addressing this issue. Despite the issue, staff here are all wonderful, pleasant, professional, and work hard. I am grateful that there is a UPS store in this location, near my home. Thank you for serving our community.
Previous review: Good customer service, but they always rushed me every time another customer is waiting behind me on line, and they seem to get overwhelm. You really have to fully assist each customer with grace and not rush them out regardless how many people are waiting to be served. I will and have waited patiently for others before me. No biggie. But if I was there first, when I said full service with grace means answer the customer’s inquiries without rushing them. After all, you are selling them products, and in my case, shipping products. You shouldn’t make customers feel doubt on the shipping product they just bought from you.”
