“My husband Brian and I had the absolute best experience with Maui Roadsters. From start to finish, everything was easy to book and communication was fast.
We rented one of their classic convertibles, Hoku and it gave us a unique experience in Maui. Cruising along the coastal roads with the top down was unforgettable. The car itself was in amazing condition, clearly well cared for.
Beyond just the car, what really impressed us was the service. Jerome & Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to get the most out of the experience. It was one of the highlight of our vacation.”

“We went our snorkeling today at Molikini crater with a party of 8 and had an amazing time. The boat crew were amazing and very engaging and helpful. The 3 ladies were awesome at every turn and helped in every way possible to make this experience for all on board.
This was a 5.5 hour expedition and we loved every part of it. The water at the crater was crystal clear and we were able to see so much marine life.
This was a smaller boat which made for more of a personal experience and not so crowded on the boat or enjoying the water slide and such. We will definitely be using Maui Snorkeling in the future and we highly recommend this company for all your snorkeling needs.”

“I highly recommend Maui Mini Go. I was visiting Maui for the first time, and did not realize that to better experience the island I would need a car. After checking the usual rental places, and having the hotel staff call a local place, I found Maui Mini Go via a search and gave them a call. David was immediately helpful, and had a car ready to go. He was forthright about an issue with the remote for the doors, and confirmed I still wanted the car. He brought the car to me, and when I returned it he provided me transport to the airport. I had a fantastic experience with Maui Mini Go, and they will be my go to when I visit in the future. Thank you, David!”

“My whole experience with this branch was easy and without issue! The highlight of my experience was Lourde, who was so kind, communicative and clear whenever I called with a question. It was because of her great customer care that I decided to go with this branch. She without issue helped me adjust my car rental following the major storms in March, and then helped me navigate a one way rental after letting me know they had a sale going on for such. Will definitely use them again! My only complaint is that it was sometimes hard to get through on the phone, but any time I was able to do so, Lourde was there to help!”

“Recently rented from this enterprise location while staying at the Grand Wailea. The experience of renting was one of the best I've ever had. They have a desk in the lobby of the hotel that is centrally located and easy to access. They are quick to go through the paperwork, then you take the key to the valet desk and they go to retrieve your car. At the end of the rental, you return to the Valet and they take care of the rest. Truly a great experience!
My one recommendation will be to not go get your rental at 8:00 am (typically when the rental starts, especially for a single day rental). While staying at the hotel, I noticed that there was a considerable line typically at 8:00 am for people wanting to get their rentals right at the beginning of the day.
Go get breakfast and come back at 9:00 and there won't be any line!”

“As a hotel guest, renting from SIXT at Four Seasons was great. Initially I was severely put off by the online prices and the poor Google reviews, but physically going to the desk as a guest, it was a really easy process and significantly cheaper than online.
Reservation took 5 minutes, I checked in online with my details, hire care was quickly fetched for me by hotel valet and similarly, I dropped off the same evening again to the hotel valet. I opted for full insurance and then were no hidden or additional charges.
Only small issue was tank wasn’t completely full and the online prices should not be so high as it nearly preventing me from renting from SIXT”
“Real friendly staff, I forgot a small suitcase in the car and I’m at the airport. I called them and immediately they sent the Shuttle back to give me my item.. Going out of the way to satisfy a customer I really appreciate it.”

“They are consistently the best car rental option on the island. They’re very communicative, the shuttle van picks you up on time, you avoid long lines at other car rental counters at the airport, the vehicles are awesome and have great AC, and a bonus is it’s a local company. I always recommend them to people visiting Maui.”
