“We had a great experience with Mahaloha Rent a Car! They regularly communicated before, during and after our schedule pick up and drop off times and it was so easy to get our car from the airport (and drop it off again). We ended up extending our vacation and even though we couldn't keep our car (had to drive to Wailuku to swap it for another), they explained why and it made perfect sense. Yes, the cars are a little well loved (older models, a few dents and dings) but they run fine and I'd rather give my money to Maui locals any day of the week. I'd recommend them to friends and family and would definitely rent from them again.”

“Johnny was the best liaison you could possibly ask for. He did everything we asked of him and more! He was accommodating in every way. We were so appreciative of him we even invited him to 2 luaus. We look forward to him coming to the mainland so we can host him as well as he hosted us. We left important personal items accidentally and Johnny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to go find them, pack them, and ship them to us! I've never heard of such great service before! If/when we return to Maui we will certainly use Maui SUV Rentals and ask for Johnny! Without Johnny our vacation wouldn't have been complete. I wish I could give 10 Stars but 10 Stars still wouldn't be enough.
