“Excellent service!! My 13 yr old daughter had connectivity issues once we landed in Maui. We tried to do an internet search to resolve the issue, but no luck after about an hour. Then, the dreaded call to customer service....over an hour and 2 agents later, they could not resolve the issue. I went to this TMobile store and it was resolved in literally 2 minutes! THANK YOU for not having me waste more time on our family vacation of a lifetime! I loved that when my daughter and I walked in, they seemed like they truly wanted to help! (Maybe just good acting, but good job! 😉) I'm not sure of her name but she had an eyebrow slit and the other person had long dangling earrings, a ponytail and bracelets! Mahalo 🌺”
