Left right away ended up at Victra store and right away was greeted by Jamex. He was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Every store should have an employee like him. Thank you to him for his excellent customer service.”

A quick call to MrCellular resulted in a quote of $100 and said it would only take 10-15 minutes. “iCell Hawaii is such an amazing business. My mother brought in my phone to have my screen repaired. Maya who serviced my phone was very busy this day 02/11/24 and although it took a little longer than the quoted turn-around time, Maya included a a complimentary screen protector which would have been an additional $25+ charge. My mom and I were wowed by such kindness and wonderful customer service. My mom never heard of such business that provided this type of electronic service that she has decided to be a future customer. Thank you Maya and iCell Hawaii. “COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big. Park whenever you want. Lots of spots are big and wide. Some towards the front are smaller and tighter. Store & Staff: The store is very massive, clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.”

“The people at this store were very helpful. I needed new old-school tempered glass lenses that wouldn't scratch for the glasses I use on my motorcycle, and they were able to help me for a better price that so expected. Natalina helped me and as very kind and efficient.”

“Service was fast/friendly in store. I was shopping for home Internet. Got my modem and fast sign up quick. It was easy and fast to set up at home. It's a good enough signal for basic home Wi-Fi, it will not be sufficient for online gaming. The signal says "Excellent" from the app and unit. With streaming from WiFi to my TV, (as the modem itself is running from T-Mobile Wireless service, it's WiFi to Wi-Fi), Amazon Prime got glitchy at parts for video, but sound kept up. I then plugged in an Ethernet cable directly from the modem to the TV, it was better, but still spotty on occasion; I made sure all other WiFi devices were off to allow full bandwidth. I'd hate to have to go back to Spectrum, but options are limited on Maui.”

“They were a lifesaver for me while on vacation in Maui. They were fast, competent and reasonably priced. They were also very busy, so make an appointment! Too many people in the store were expecting free and immediate help, but these guys aren't Apple! They are professionals and this is their business. Thanks...I really appreciate your good work.”

“My wife and I needed to replace phones and purchase new iPads, we budgeted the entire day expecting drudgery and apathetic service. That’s because we’re used to another carrier! AT&T in this store at the Queen Kaahumanu Center are the kings of customer service, specifically Joey Fray and Brock Agarpao. These guys were so helpful and friendly, they listened to what we needed and got us EVERYTHING in a very short time. Just an outstanding and satisfying experience, Joey and Brock are the reason we will stay with AT&T for the foreseeable future. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this store and these salespeople.”

Volter seemed like the only associate greeting the customers coming in, idk if it was his designated task to be the greeter but everyone else did not seem as friendly. When it was time for us to be serviced, I was so happy to have Volter. He was so personable and was very efficient. I was wondering why it took so long because we got out of there so quick, the other associates didn't even finish with the customers from when we walked in. Volter is the definition of excellent customer service!”

“Had a crazy storm and thankfully only the internet went down for us in Kahului. Swapped out my old modem for a new one, Spectrum was busy but the wait wasn’t to harsh. The people in there were all awesome at helping me.”
