“I had a very unfortunate situation happen with my iPhone. It overheated and then got moisture inside. It unfortunately ended up being too much to resolve by myself, and, due to us leaving the next morning for the mainland (we were on Maui for vacation), the immediate need arose for some help. We arrived at the store and met Greg. He was immediately helpful, friendly and put our minds at ease that he would help us.
We soon realized that the phone was beyond repair and Greg helped me get a new phone and get my data loaded into the new one via iCloud. He was awesome to deal with, especially considering that all of this happened shortly before we were to get on an airplane for the mainland and we arrived out of the blue with no appointment!
