Maya who serviced my phone was very busy this day 02/11/24 and although it took a little longer than the quoted turn-around time, Maya included a a complimentary screen protector which would have been an additional $25+ charge. My mom and I were wowed by such kindness and wonderful customer service. My mom never heard of such business that provided this type of electronic service that she has decided to be a future customer. Thank you Maya and iCell Hawaii. “I would say this guy is reasonably priced if you were to provide your own parts. I came in to restore an old iPhone SE and I provided the back housing full assembly. And he charged me around $-$50 for just labor. Definitely will come back. Because his shop is open area where you can see his work gives me the piece of mind.”
