“Every time I walk in the Lahaina location I am quickly greeted, which is nice. Especially when I have an issue (with my account, nothing they did) that may take a little more than a standard equipment switch out. Last night was no different. Patricia greeted me with a smile and was ready to help. This called for some managerial assistance and so she called Malama, who also was welcoming and helpful. They got everything taken care of for me with patience. I also noticed another lady came in and had been scammed. I am not really sure of the details although I know she also left happy!
