“I highly recommend this board shop. The customer experience from the owners and its staff is above and beyond. Their attention to detail of what your needs are is spectacular and their selection of surfboards is some of the best I have seen. If you need something while you’re on the island I would definitely recommend coming here!!!”
“This place will validate your parking...with a purchase like the other stores...but why not have it be fishing gear...wise man says if your on vacation and your wife is mad....buy a fishing rod...she will still be mad but you will have another fishing rod..im from Idaho. Did a guide trip with lopaka. Absolutely cool guy. He told me about his bait shop. Prices were better than my local idaho shops i was suprised. Picked up some lead weights for sturgeon. Half what i would pay in idaho. The lady in the store gave us dinner locations was just warm and friendly very nice place.”

They are always a conversation starter around the world. Kevin raised the bar on customer service. He was very helpful showing us all the short sleeved tees in the size we requested and finding a long sleeve as well. He chatted about their online store and things we had done in Maui. “Stopped in to get a buddy of mine on the mainland some goodies. Specifically, he was looking for a HIC license plate frame. The two employees here were super cool and helpful. It was a bit confusing as the map took us to the outside of the Lahaina Cannery. We didn't realize at first that it was located inside, which is almost like a mini mall. Anyhow, they had a small section of Hawaiian Island Creations items, but also had exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to return when specifically looking for HIC product. They did carry other brands as well. Billabong, O'Neil, etc. They also had various surf accessories and body boards as well. I'll return, the next time I'm in Maui.”
“Quality/Quantity - Got my daughter a new pair of Hurley swimming board shorts @ 75% off for approximately $20+, what a deal. They were also giving out free "vaxxed" Hawaiian style stickers. Atmosphere - Small local shop. Service - Excellent, the team member was friendly. Price - $20+. Owner Comment - Great hook with your advertising "75% blow out sale sign"!! I think I see the same sign every year, lol.”
“Pretty normal Lululemon store in the upscale Whaler's Village mall on the west side of Maui. A few unique Hawaii items that aren't sold elsewhere, but otherwise just a normal store.”
